We are the new-age actuarial consultants consisting of actuaries, chartered accountant(s) and engineers with experience in helping global clients in the areas of InsurTech Consulting, Actuarial Consulting, and Employee and Retirement Benefits Consulting. The team brings together about 50 years of experience in the insurance & actuarial domain.
We were established in the year 2017 and have been consulting across the globe. We have accomplished over two hundred projects and supported clients in over 25 countries spread across five continents. The team consists of members who have worked with leading corporates like Swiss Re, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Reinsurance Group of America,Mercer Consulting, Aon, Kotak Life Insurance, Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, Exide Life Insurance

Vikas is an accomplished actuarial professional with over 16 years of experience
With a passion for collaboration, he partners with clients across the globe to navigate complex challenges, assess and manage risks, lead strategic business planning, support regulatory compliance and build successful insurance and insurTech ventures
He holds a degree in Physics and is a qualified actuary, having completed all the actuarial exams from the Institute of Actuaries of India
Rohit Chandak
A Chartered Accountant turned Actuary with 15+ years of experience in delivering projects across UK and Asia. Rohit specializes in designing pragmatic and cost-effective solutions for clients.
He has successfully led engagements with senior stakeholders and regulators to communicate secure approval for key project deliverables.
His technical expertise spans L&H business, product development and pricing, statutory valuation, shareholders’ reporting, risk management, model development, testing & validation, assets & liability management, risk-based capital, capital & risk margin optimization & with-profits business.
Shryans Baid
Shryans holds a business
administration degree from St.
Xavier’s College, Calcutta and is an actuary with over 11 years of
experience across general and
health insurance. He has worked
with stakeholder holders across
the globe in various capacities.
Apart from working on traditional
actuarial projects like pricing,
reserving and modeling, he has
consulted start up companies on a
broad range of projects including
new product launches.

Neer
Neer is a dedicated actuarial professional with 2.5 years of experience in the life insurance and pension sectors. He holds a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science and is a student member of both the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK (IFoA).
With a strong passion for continuous learning and creating long-term value, Neer is committed to delivering high-quality work across actuarial and broader financial domains.
